Playfest London 2025 - Balham, Playtesting Session, 28 September 2025
Another fantastic day at the mythical pub in Balham. Playtest sessions with just enough material to show the board cleanly and keep the archive moving without overloading it.
Finally, the face-down cards made their debut on version on version V22...
And I won a signed game from Scott at the raffle!
UKGE 2025 - Playtest Zone, NEC Birmingham, 30 May-1 June 2025
By UKGE 2025, the game was no longer a curiosity. This set shows the continuing public push, with the expo itself becoming part of the story. Version tested v21 (added the Siege Towers to increase attack chances).
The game needs a new idea to improve it... Thanks to Peter, who inspired me for the face-down cards!
Playfest / ZatuCon
The Bedford 2024, Balham, 29 September 2024
My first time in the astonishing old pub of Balham, thanks to Minerva and Zatu for this opportunity. The game session with the game already settled into a better public rhythm. Version V19 advanced. This is the last time we see the Timeline board.
AireCon 2024
Playtesting Area, Harrogate Convention Centre, 14-17 March 2024
AireCon is one of my favourite events, nice location and more relaxed.
Gave the game a proper convention setting, with hall traffic, a public table,
and enough room for the prototype to be seen clearly.
I tested my 2 games, Sengoku V18 and Not on My Island!
Playtest London 2023
Queen Mary University of London, 9 September 2023
A London campus playtest with real tables, real players, and a prototype that was already ready to be tested outside the studio. Tested V17. Interesting talks especially for the Game Simulators. Still visible the new Visit the Emperor special board.
